Greetings in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ! 

Thank you for visiting our website to learn more about the Progressive Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ – Tallahassee.

As our nation continues to experience uncertain times, I know that Jesus Christ is the same today, yesterday, and forever (Hebrews 13:8). I can assure you that God is still moving and He is doing great and miraculous things. I give Him all the glory and the praise!

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we have been unable to come together in the sanctuary for worship. I am looking forward to transitioning to the sanctuary in the near future. I encourage you to follow our prayer schedule and to trust God for the healing of our land and increasing the faith of His people. During these times, we can rest assure the peace that Jesus has left for us to abide in is enough to carry us through.

The Bible says that God has given every person a measure of faith. That faith is like a seed, and if you tend to it, faith will grow. Romans 10:17 tells us that "faith comes by hearing the Word of God." Every time you read a scripture, every time you listen to a Bible-based teaching and receive truth from the Word of God, faith is coming to you, increasing in you, and strengthening your spirit man. When you deposit the truth of the Word of God into your heart, it breaks every bondage and sets you free to be who God created you to be. 

The Word of God must be a priority in your life. Increase your faith by spending time hearing and receiving His Word. When you keep His Word close to you, it will protect your heart and direct your steps. His Word is alive and powerful! As you spend time with the Father through His Word, He will reveal Himself to you and increase your faith! 

As we continue our “outside of the walls” worship, remember to reach out to your family, friends, and community and be a voice of hope and encouragement, and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ to them.
